From Telemedia to Telmone.nl
The story has two dates that should not be confused: business activity began under Telemedia in 2005; Telmone.nl uses 2014 as its formal founding date.
Telemedia origins
Business activity began under the Telemedia name in Ukraine, initially connected to direct-response television and customer acquisition. Telemedia is now treated as a legacy predecessor rather than an active portfolio brand.
From promotion towards product and customer systems
The organisation’s work developed beyond media placement into product development, customer service, direct sales operations and repeat-customer systems. This operating experience later informed Telmone’s Sales Generator and distributed work model.
Formal Telmone founding date
Telmone.nl uses 2014 as its formal founding date. The company’s headquarters and centre of direction moved to the Netherlands, while the earlier Telemedia period remained part of its business history.
European brand development
Telmone developed and managed a portfolio with distinct European identities. The current active portfolio is Elissys, Alpeja, Apitamax, Oxisson and SiegfriedKummer. Fazzoli and Rotolo are retained only as legacy names.
Company authority and distributed operations
Telmone.nl operates as a remote-by-design company source, coordinating internal and external capabilities through DEDA, its Digitally Enhanced Directed Autonomy model. The website separates company facts, brand information and authorised retail pathways.
Why two dates are shown
“Founded 2014” identifies Telmone.nl. “Business origins in 2005” identifies the start of the predecessor activity under Telemedia. Using both dates with labels avoids an company-date confusion.

2005 refers to the start of predecessor activity under Telemedia. 2014 is the formal founding year used by Telmone.nl. The more detailed Telemedia archive records the June 2015 shift of the principal umbrella identity, while this page keeps the company-level distinction concise.
