A certificate is evidence only for the organisation, site, process, product category, scope and dates written on it. Telmone.nl does not extend a partner certificate to the entire company by implication.
How standards and certificates are presented
Certification scope matters
Telmone.nl does not claim to own a directly operated manufacturing facility or to hold one universal GMP certificate. Manufacturing is coordinated through affiliated, managed and qualified European operations, including OEM partners. GMP or ISO status applies only where supported for the relevant facility, process and product category.

Current regulatory note for detergents
Regulation (EU) 2026/405 was published in 2026 and introduces a new detergents and surfactants framework, including provisions relevant to products containing microorganisms and digital product information. Its main application date is later than publication, so transition planning and the currently applicable rules must both be considered.
The website therefore avoids a simplistic statement that one regulation has already replaced every existing obligation in practice. Product and market review should use the current official consolidated texts and transition dates.
