Effective 27 August 2026
Cookie policy
The website uses essential browser storage to remember your choice. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you give consent.
Current storage and cookies
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
telmone_consent_v1 | Telmone.nl local storage | Remembers essential and analytics choices, timestamp and policy version. | Essential | Up to 12 months or until cleared |
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes users for aggregate analytics when consented. | Analytics | Google states a default of up to 2 years, subject to configuration/browser limits |
_ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics | Persists session state when analytics is consented. | Analytics | Google states a default of up to 2 years, subject to configuration/browser limits |
Default behaviour
Analytics is off by default. Rejecting analytics or choosing “Essential only” does not block access to site content. The Google tag is inserted only after an affirmative choice. Advertising storage and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in the site configuration.
Change or withdraw your choice
Withdrawing disables future analytics collection during the current visit and prevents analytics loading on later visits. The site attempts to remove its first-party Google Analytics cookies immediately; browser controls remain available for other site data. Clearing all site data also removes the locally stored preference, so the banner will appear again.
Browser and external controls
Browsers can block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking all storage may prevent the site from remembering the preference, but the public content remains available.
No advertising cookies configured
The current build does not intentionally configure advertising, remarketing, Meta Pixel, embedded video, maps, chat or social-media widgets. If those tools are added later, the notice and consent implementation must be updated before deployment.
