Trademarks and permitted brand use
Telmone and portfolio names, logos, product images, text and software may be protected by trademark, copyright, contract or other rights. Public register records and written permissions control.
Portfolio names
Current active brand names include Telmone, Elissys, Alpeja, Apitamax, Oxisson and SiegfriedKummer. Parfum Elissys is used as an Elissys sub-brand. Telemedia, Fazzoli and Rotolo are retained as legacy names.
Trademark registrations may be held, licensed or contractually exploited through owner arrangements that can change. This page therefore does not claim that one entity is the registered owner of every mark in every jurisdiction. The current official trademark register and applicable agreements are authoritative.
Logo and name use
- Use the complete and current name.
- Do not distort, redraw or combine a logo with another mark without permission.
- Do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification or current product availability without authorisation.
- Do not use brand material in a deceptive, unlawful, defamatory or offensive context.
- Keep copyright, trademark and attribution notices intact.
Editorial and linking use
Accurate editorial references and ordinary text links may be made in accordance with applicable law. Use of logos, product photography, packaging, downloadable files or substantial website content may require permission.
Third-party material
Some material may be used under licence or permission from partners, photographers, manufacturers, retailers or other rights holders. Telmone.nl cannot grant rights that belong to a third party.
