Glossary of company, quality and category terms

These definitions explain how terms are used on Telmone.nl. Product law, standards and official registers remain authoritative where a formal definition applies.

Active Telmone.nl brand

A brand currently identified as part of the Telmone.nl portfolio: Elissys, Alpeja, Apitamax, Oxisson or SiegfriedKummer.

Authorised retail and distribution partner

A separate retail channel permitted to market or distribute relevant brands. On this site, Telmone.shop is described in this role without defining its current legal operator as part of the Telmone.nl entity.

DEDA

Digitally Enhanced Directed Autonomy, a Telmone-defined remote-by-design operating model combining clear direction, autonomy within boundaries, shared digital tools, synchronisation, training and control loops.

GMP

Good manufacturing practice. The exact standard, legal basis, holder, facility, activity, product category and validity must be identified. Telmone.nl does not use GMP as an unscoped company-wide badge.

INCI

International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients, commonly used for cosmetic ingredient names. An INCI list identifies ingredients but does not disclose every concentration or prove a finished-product claim.

Legacy name or brand

A former or predecessor name retained for historical clarity but not presented as part of the current active portfolio. Telemedia, Fazzoli and Rotolo are legacy records.

OEM manufacturing partner

An external original equipment manufacturer producing to an agreed product, process, quality and contractual scope. Exact identities may be confidential while qualification and regulatory records remain controlled.

Responsible claim

A statement limited to the relevant product, ingredient/material, evidence, category, market and conditions, without implying a broader health, environmental, performance or certification conclusion.

Technical review

On Telmone.nl, a check against available product documentation and applicable regulatory requirements. It does not imply public endorsement by a regulator or medical peer review.
